Most recently, we called you again at the last minute with an order for four separate items for our Grand Opening. We were worried about all four items arriving in time to put them together for our guests; however, each item arrived earlier than you promised and our event was a major success. I think what really sets you apart is the value-added artwork you provide. You not only take our original idea and improve it, but you also offer us multiple options on the layout.
I've dealt with at least a dozen specialty/gift/ awards companies during my nearly four decades in business none of which equals the level of service and support you have provided.
